To access the full features of the rabetppas Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the rabetppas Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rabetppas reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rabetppas account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rabetppas will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. rabetppas is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
rabetppas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount on rabetppas is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. rabetppas does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rabetppas accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three business days. rabetppas reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks where deemed necessary. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the rabetppas account.
All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the rabetppas Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). rabetppas does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
rabetppas offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These specific terms form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. rabetppas reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
rabetppas actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, rabetppas reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close the associated account without prior notice.
Note: Bonuses are intended for recreational players. rabetppas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or registered email address.
All games available on the rabetppas Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. rabetppas reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where a technical fault has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, rabetppas will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded game state. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account. rabetppas is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
Sports betting on rabetppas is governed by specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules cover bet types, settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting policies. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the sports betting rules, the sports betting rules shall prevail in respect of sports betting activities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rabetppas Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: rabetppas operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
rabetppas collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. rabetppas shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, including loss of potential winnings during downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rabetppas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. rabetppas's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rabetppas reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) rabetppas is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) the player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; or (d) rabetppas reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
You may close your rabetppas account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and rabetppas, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
rabetppas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
